Henry Lystad, Managing Broker/Co-OwnerHaving begun his hospitality career in the high end tennis resort industry in 1985, Henry C. Lystad moved to Telluride in 1992 and founded Alpine Rentals, a fledgling property management operation involving a small handful of clients. During the next decade, he directed the evolution of this business into Alpine Lodging & Real Estate, becoming the largest and most respected provider of luxury vacation rentals in the Telluride region with over 150 clients. Henry has leveraged his business finance education from the University of Illinois-Springfield throughout his career - he now embraces an entrepreneurial management philosophy and a team approach to position his company for winning projects involving real estate management and sales.
In addition to his Managing Broker responsibilities, Henry maintains a hands-on approach with the company's marketing efforts, leading creative direction and campaign development for both Telluride 360 Real Estate and clients. He has fostered personal relationships over the years that have yielded favorable placement and positioning of advertisements in local media. He is also personally involved with numerous community organizations including many of the Telluride region's notable festivals and events. As well as being the current Vice President of the Telluride Youth Soccer Club. He is also a past elected member of the Telluride & Mountain Village Visitor Services Board of Directors, which coordinates the entire regional marketing effort.
