This weekend (June 5th - 7th) is Jazz Celebration Weekend in Telluride. It's a great festival that brings in quality musicians and a very nice group of people. Click the link above for the lineup and more info. From this weekend out, Telluride should be pretty hopping with events, festivals and activities galore. The golf course is in pristine condition, the trails are nearly all open and the fish are biting. Hope you can make it out to Telluride this summer! In case you are not aware I am the president of a group called the San Miguel Bicycle Alliance, that is newly formed within the last year. There are several projects currently in the works, including building a new bridge on the Mill Creek trail, mapping the Alta Lakes network to try and legitimize that area, improve existing trails and educate trail users just to name a few. We have received our non-profit status for tax exempt donations and are hitting the ground running this year.
